Shipping policy

Order Processing Timeframes

All orders are subject to a processing period of 1 to 3 business days prior to shipment. Orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In the event of a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. DiViaVeneto reserves the right to manage processing queues to ensure quality control, and customers will be notified via email should any significant delay arise.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking Linkage

Upon the dispatch of your order from our fulfillment facility, a Shipment Confirmation email containing official tracking coordinates will be issued to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking indicators typically become active within 24 hours of carrier pickup. The customer maintains the responsibility to monitor their shipment utilizing the provided tracking tools.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • European Union Orders: Applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the final purchase price displayed at checkout. No additional import duties apply within the EU single market.
  • International Orders (Including US & UK): DiViaVeneto is not responsible for any customs clearances, import tariffs, brokerage fees, or local taxes levied by the destination country. All fees imposed during or subsequent to shipping are the sole legal and financial responsibility of the recipient.

Risk of Loss and Transfer of Title

All purchases from DiViaVeneto are executed pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the buyer immediately upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier. DiViaVeneto shall secure appropriate carrier insurance for shipments fulfilled via DHL. In the event of transit damage or structural package loss, the customer must preserve all internal and external packaging materials and contact our support infrastructure immediately at daniil@diviaveneto.com to initiate a formal carrier investigation.
